All funds are processed in Canadian funds. Payment processing will be completed through a secure processor after the order has been placed. Payments will appear as Chilliwack Sports Medicine Clinic on your statement.
Please note that orthopedic braces, supports and stockings are considered single person use and cannot be returned once they have been worn or soiled, unless otherwise stated in writing by the manager. Please ensure that you are satisfied with the product that you have purchased prior to wearing it. We encourage you to try the product at home to ensure a proper fit and that the brace is providing the support that you need. All special order items must be pre-paid and are non-refundable, including Cold Therapy units. In certain situations, special orders may be returned, but may be subject to a re-stocking fee set by the supplier. All other stock items have a 30 day return policy. Refunds will be issued after we have received & inspected the item & have found the item is in new re-saleable condition, as deemed by management, and includes all original packaging.

With the exception of shipping errors or a defective product, Valley Sports Medicine Clinic (VMSC) does not issue credit or refunds for expedited shipping charges. To be returned, products must be unused, with original packaging and tags. Please contact us to arrange return shipment. No Refunds or Exchanges will be made on Clearance Items unless the product is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty or an error occurred processing your order. To process a Refund, Return or Exchange at VSMC, we will process the same card that was used to process the original order.
Refused Shipments All shipments refused by the buyer for delivery will be charged a 30% restocking fee and we must be contacted by the buyer to arrange for your item refund.
WARRANTY All products sold at our clinic and online store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (usually a 90 day guarantee). Some companies offer longer or even lifetime warranties. Warranties are approved by the Manufacturer themselves and not by VSMC. Customers that have an allergic reaction to a soft goods product are able to receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We will return the item to the manufacturer. If you have questions concerning the warranty on an item you wish to purchase please call our office at 604-391-1144 or email us.
Orders made at www.valleysportsmed.com/store will ship within two to five business days from when the order was placed. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, you can call us at 1-604-391-1144 to speak with staff in our office. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm PST. Rural/Oversize/Overweight Delivery Surcharges Certain locations throughout Canada are considered Rural and may incur additional shipping charges. Certain items are oversized or overweight and incur additional shipping charges. Items that do not qualify for free shipping due to size or weight will not show as a “free delivery” option when placing your order. You will be contacted by one of our staff and notified of any additional shipping costs before your order is processed. Should the additional cost of shipping prove prohibitive, you may cancel your order without penalty (we will not bill your credit card until you have accepted the shipping costs). Please note that at this time we do not ship items internationally.
